Job Description
JOB SUMMARY:This position is a critical part of the management team handling and supporting all administrative and office tasks
related to operation of a world class manufacturing facility.
MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (not all inclusive):
Process payroll, print reports, ensure accuracy and timely submission
Enter Purchase Orders and process receipts.
Process accounts payable.
Resolve discrepancies with invoices and verify account codes.
Maintain accounts payable files and respond to vendor inquiries.
Set up new vendors, maintain W9 forms and tax exempt certificates.
Verify production inputs, reconcile reports, produce and distribute accurate reports.
Cycle counting/inventory control and variance analysis of budgeted and actual costs.
Assist with month-end close.
Aid in preparation of yearly budget proposals.
Assist management staff with administrative issues/tasks.
Provide assistance to Concur users, answering general questions as necessary
Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
Associates degree and/or at least 3 years administrative/office work.
Proficient using Microsoft Office with intermediate to advance use in Excel.
Ability to work independently as well as interact with other staff members and key personnel in our fast-paced environment.
Excellent analytical skills with the initiative and ability to resolve issues; organized, detail-oriented and able to perform
multiple tasks with changing priorities.
Proficiency and experience with SAP accounting software.
Working knowledge of EmpCenter Payroll processing.
Experience with Concur
Must be available to work on site
Competitive Salary, with a general salary range of $50,688.00 to $63,360.00, or higher depending on education and experience.
