This is a full-time on-site position located in Woodland, WA. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision, short- and long-term disability, life insurance, 7 paid holidays (after 90 days of service), and generous PTO accruals from day on
Requirements
Duties and Responsibilities (but not limited to):
- Prepare and inspect printing plates for mounting, ensuring they meet quality standards and specifications;
- Mount printing plates onto cylinders according to job specifications, ensuring proper alignment and registration;
- Maintain accurate records of plate inventory and usage;
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of production jobs;
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to plate mounting or printing processes;
- Work in a safe and effective manner at all times.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in plate mounting or a similar role in the flexographic printing industry is preferred;
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced production environment;
- Ability to read a tape measure, and interpret job specifications & work instructions;
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills;
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed.
