bout the Role
We are seeking a Platform Customer Sales Manager to develop and manage strategic relationships with e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, and logistics partners across the U.S.
The role focuses on driving customer acquisition through platform partnerships and channel development while supporting the company's growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with:
- E-commerce platforms (TikTok Shop, Shopify ecosystem, Temu, SHEIN, etc.)
- Logistics aggregators and 3PL networks
- Identify and onboard new platform and channel partners
- Generate customer opportunities through partnership programs and platform integrations
- Support partnership negotiations and commercial discussions
- Coordinate with Operations and Customer Success teams to ensure successful implementation
- Monitor market trends and identify new partnership opportunities
KPIs
- Number of platform partnerships established
- Customer acquisition through channel partners
- Package volume and revenue generated from platform channels
Requirements
- 3+ years of sales, business development, or partnership experience
- Experience in logistics, e-commerce, fulfillment, or marketplace ecosystems
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Benefits
- Base Salary:
- $80,000 – $140,000+Commission
