Plating Operator

Manufacturing or metal finishing experience is preferred but not required What You'll DoAs a Plating Operator, you'll play an important role in producing quality metal-finished products for customers in a variety of industries. Your responsibilities will include:Rack, mask, clean, rinse, and inspect parts for processing

Operate and monitor plating equipment and production lines

Follow established process instructions and adjust equipment as required

Inspect parts before and after processing to ensure quality standards are met

Record production information and process data accurately

Maintain required production and quality documentation

Work closely with teammates to meet production schedules

Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)Keep your work area clean, organized, and free of safety hazards

Assist with other production duties as assigned Physical RequirementsThis position requires the ability to:Frequently lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds

Occasionally lift up to 65 pounds and rarely up to 75 pounds

Stand and walk for extended periods

Bend, twist, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift

Maintain good hand-eye coordination and visual attention to detail
