Job Description

Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)/Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) - Texas

College Station, Texas | Full-Time

Peregrine Health partners with community health organizations to expand access to high-quality behavioral health care, delivered by supported, full-time clinicians.

We are seeking an LCSW/LPC who is certified in Play Therapy to work onsite at our College Station clinic. It is important that this person be comfortable treating not only children, but across the lifespan as well, including adolescents, adults, and geriatric populations.  

What We’re Looking For

  • Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license OR Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC); must have an active and unrestricted license in Texas (Required)
  • Play Therapy Certificate (Required)
  • 3+ years of clinical experience (community mental health, integrated care, or similar settings preferred)
  • Comfort providing therapy independently treating patients throughout the lifespan within a supported care model
  • Strong clinical judgment in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
  • Clear, professional communication and collaboration with care teams
  • Comfort using telehealth platforms and clinical documentation tools
  • Commitment to full-time work and continuity of care
