Kennesaw, GA 30144Monday – Friday, 8:20am – 4:10pm

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Elevation Autism Center, you will work 1-on-1 with children ages 1–6 who have received a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder. You will be the one helping them build life-changing skills like communication, independence, social interaction, and play.
No experience? No problem. Just bring patience, heart, and a willingness to learn. If you love working with kids, this could be the most meaningful job you have ever had!

- Guaranteed 35+ hours per week
- Predictable Monday–Friday schedule (8:20 AM – 4:10 PM)
What You Will Do:
- Provide 1-on-1 ABA therapy in a vibrant, center-based setting
- Teach communication, play, daily living, and social skills
- Follow individualized treatment plans created by a supervising BCBA
- Use evidence-based strategies to help children learn and grow
- Track progress and celebrate meaningful wins (big and small)

Requirements

- RBT certification is preferred, but not required. We will support you in earning your certification!
- Nails must be no longer than ¼ inch past the fingertip.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, crouch, and sit on the floor for extended periods.
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs to ensure child safety.
