JOB SUMMARY
The purpose of this job is to provide accurate and appropriate responses to player questions and concerns regarding Georgia Lottery products and policies and procedures.  Duties include, but are not limited to:  answering questions, communicating with manager and internal customers, operating telecommunications equipment, problem solving, and performing other tasks as assigned.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
Answers inbound calls and emails promptly and professionally.
Provide accurate information regarding game products, winning numbers, prize structures, services, and company policies.
Conduct research troubleshooting inquires and resolve complex issues in a timely manner.
Work collaboratively with other departments to initiate and follow up on player-related issues and requests.
Sends mailed correspondence to players upon request.
Documents all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system (Zendesk).
Evaluate and escalate unresolved or sensitive issues to the appropriate contact.
Communicate with management regarding player suggestions and/or issues.
Always maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward internal/external customers (players).
Keep current with GLC’s company policies, game launches, promotional campaigns, and operational procedures.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Adaptability to changing processes and player needs.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or equivalent is required; college coursework is preferred.
Previous customer service experience (call center experience is a plus.)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Compensation: $34,000.00 - $38,000.00 per year
