Pay: $14.00-$16.00 per hour

We are hiring motivated Plumber Helpers to join our growing team. No plumbing experience is required. If you have experience in construction, landscaping, general labor, maintenance, installation, manufacturing, warehouse work, or another hands-on trade and are eager to learn, we want to hear from you.
This is an excellent opportunity to learn a skilled trade while working alongside experienced plumbers who will help you develop valuable skills in residential and commercial plumbing. You'll gain hands-on experience with installations, repairs, maintenance, troubleshooting, and customer service while building a long-term career path.
We provide year-round work, on-the-job training, modern tools, and opportunities for advancement into apprentice, technician, and licensed plumber positions.

What You'll Do
Assist experienced plumbers with installations, repairs, maintenance, and service calls in residential and commercial settings. Help transport tools and materials, prepare work areas, perform basic plumbing tasks under supervision, maintain clean and organized job sites, communicate professionally with customers, and learn industry best practices and safety procedures.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record required
- No plumbing experience required
- Previous construction, labor, maintenance, landscaping, warehouse, manufacturing, installation, or trade-related experience preferred
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to work with hand and power tools
- Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment and materials
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
