Responsibilities:

Conduct in-home consultations to assess plumbing needs and provide tailored solutions.
Educate customers on plumbing products and services to enhance their experience.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
Utilize sales techniques to promote and upsell plumbing services effectively.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and service excellence.
Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and techniques to improve service delivery.
Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and customer interactions.

Requirements:

Valid plumbing license and relevant certifications preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in plumbing service and sales.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers.
Proficient in diagnosing plumbing issues and providing effective solutions.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Customer-focused demeanor with a commitment to service excellence.
Familiarity with plumbing tools, equipment, and safety protocols.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
