You’ll work side-by-side with experienced plumbers who will teach you the trade while you help them deliver five-star service to our customers.

This is a hands-on apprenticeship where you’ll gain real experience in the field while building the skills needed to eventually become a licensed Journeyman Plumber.

What You’ll Be Doing

You won’t be stuck standing around holding tools ....you’ll be learning the trade the right way.

You’ll help our plumbing technicians by:

• Assisting with plumbing inspections, maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics• Helping install fixtures, piping, and supporting drain cleaning work• Preparing and protecting job sites before work begins• Cleaning up job sites and making sure customers’ homes are treated with respect• Organizing tools, materials, and equipment for each job• Keeping company trucks clean, stocked, and ready to roll• Helping in the warehouse by pulling materials and preparing jobs for the team• Delivering parts and tools to technicians when needed• Participating in training and mentorship to grow your plumbing knowledge

Basic Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record• Reliable transportation to the shop each day• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics, crawlspaces, and tight areas• Strong listening and communication skills• Willingness to learn and grow in the plumbing trade• Construction or trade experience• Familiarity with hand tools or power tools
