Job Description

We're seeking a Warehouse Manager dedicated to help continue growing our company!

As a warehouse manager, you will set the bar for providing leadership and support to our field team. You’ll also help us shift into a new inventory software and fully digitize our inventory process.

Responsibilities

Establish and maintain a well-organized, clean, safe warehouse
Build strong relationships with our suppliers to optimize delivery patterns
Manage the inventory process from request to fulfillment
Coordinate deliveries to and from the warehouse and job sites.
Monitor and adjust inventory levels to ensure our field team has the materials they need at the exact moment they need them
Identify opportunities to adjust our products or improve operations
Verify counts and prices on shipments.
Shift all inventory processes off paper and into our software
Assist in product and material research for technicians.
Monitor staff performance to ensure that accuracy and safety goals are met.
Create the link for employees between their individual contributions and our company’s success.

Requirements

Proven track record in plumbing and HVAC warehouse
Ability to inspire and lead others to attain company goals.
Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
Strong verbal and written communications.
Quick, sound decision-making abilities.
Engaging personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
Highly motivated, flexible and great attitude
Tech savvy with the ability to operate computers and iPads
