Job Details / Responsibilities:

Draft Plumbing construction drawings including details, plans, and sectionsPerform Plumbing-related calculationsDesign Plumbing systems for various building typesSelect appropriate Plumbing equipmentCoordinate with other engineering and architectural trades during designDevelop construction documents in AutoCAD and RevitParticipate in developing details, equipment schedules, and specificationsResearch and assess building performance and other regulationsContribute to design discussions and carry design concepts through to project drawingsContribute to sustainable design discussions and implement sustainable strategiesCoordinate and communicate effectively with other team members

Qualifications:

Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Computer Aided DraftingMinimum 8 years of experience working for a consulting engineering firmAbility to work with minimal assistance from senior staffPE license not required but a plusAutoCAD and/or Revit experience required
