The Role: Field Professional - As our Plumbing Sales Technician, you'll be the face of our company, providing exceptional plumbing services, helping our valued customers by educating and relating, and improving their current plumbing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose plumbing issues with intuition and your trusty wrench
  • Provide top-notch plumbing repairs and installations while maintaining friendly rapport with customers
  • Educate customers about their plumbing systems and preventative maintenance
  • Keep accurate records of sales and service activities

Requirements:

  • A currently licensed Apprentice or Journeyman Plumber in the state of Arkansas
  • A passion for the highest level of customer service and a commitment to satisfaction
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong sales record
  • Ability to work independently or with a team when needed
  • Knowledge of the Arkansas plumbing codes and regulations
