Job Description

Spartan Plumbing and Drains is seeking a highly qualified Plumbing Operations Manager to lead our plumbing department and ensure the successful execution of plumbing projects within the construction industry. The Plumbing Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all plumbing operations, optimizing workflows, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. This pivotal role requires an individual with extensive experience in plumbing project management, strong leadership abilities, and a commitment to excellence. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and site supervisors, to deliver high-quality plumbing solutions that meet client specifications. In addition, the Plumbing Operations Manager will be instrumental in developing and implementing strategies that enhance operational efficiency and drive profitability. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of plumbing codes and regulations, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. At P.E.A.C.H. Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate all plumbing operations and project management activities.
  • Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Develop operational strategies to enhance efficiency and optimize resource allocation.
  • Lead and mentor a team of plumbing professionals to achieve project goals and maintain quality standards.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation effectively.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding plumbing-related inquiries and project updates.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of plumbing work with overall construction projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Plumbing, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in plumbing operations and project management.
  • Strong understanding of plumbing codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple projects.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with clients and team members.
  • Proficiency in plumbing design software and project management tools.
