We are seeking a skilled, motivated Plumbing Service Technician who takes pride in diagnosing, repairing, and delivering high-quality residential plumbing solutions. This role is centered on diagnosing, repairing, and installing plumbing systems in residential homes. You will work directly with homeowners to identify issues, explain solutions, and complete plumbing repairs and replacements efficiently and professionally.

This is a hands-on service plumbing role for technicians who enjoy troubleshooting, problem-solving, and delivering quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, fixtures, and piping

• Perform service plumbing repairs and replacements such as faucets, toilets, valves, and water heaters

• Troubleshoot plumbing systems and recommend appropriate repair or replacement solutions

• Communicate clearly with homeowners about findings, options, and next steps

• Complete work accurately, safely, and in accordance with plumbing codes

• Maintain clean, organized job sites and professional appearance

• Document work performed and service recommendations accurately

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of residential service plumbing experience

• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced service environment

• Willingness to learn and grow within the company
