Here at Sonoran Plumbing Supply Company, LLC in Phoenix, AZ, we offer our full-time Plumbing Supply Sales Representative a competitive wage of $20-$24 per hour for providing exceptional customer service. Our schedule runs Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., with opportunities for overtime. HOW YOUR EXPERTISE WILL TRULY SHINE: As a Plumbing Supply Sales Representative, you will be the face of our company, providing a seamless and positive experience for every customer. You will handle a variety of tasks, from greeting customers and identifying their needs to efficiently processing sales orders and managing will-call requests. Your attention to detail is key as you pick and stage orders, ensuring everything is accurate for both walk-in customers and call-ins. You will also take pride in keeping the counter area organized by labeling and restocking inventory, creating a clean and productive environment for all. Here's what you need to become our Plumbing Supply Sales Representative: High school diploma or equivalency Strong interpersonal skills Previous sales experience A positive attitude Cross-functional agility, attention to detail, and strong communication skills Initiative to actively seek opportunities to broaden knowledge and improve skills Computer skills: typing, messaging platforms, web browsers, file folders, etc. Ability to maintain emotions in fast-paced and stressful situations Ability to communicate complex situations clearly and simply by listening actively and conveying difficult messages in a positive manner Ability to facilitate collaboration Ability to perform work independently and under direct supervision Ability to maintain positive relationships with team members, customers, and vendors Ability to multitask Ability to lift or move up to 75 lbs. without assistance, and 75+ lbs. with assistance and/or lifting equipment Preferred qualifications: Bilingual language abilities: English and Spanish 1-3+ years of plumbing/wholesale experience; or an acceptable combination of education and experience College degree or 2+ years' experience in the industry Previous experience using an inventory management system (QuickBooks, Eclipse, Savance, etc.) Knowledgeable in Microsoft 365 software (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) Experience with material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack, hand dolly, etc.) Possess the drive to assist team members with other tasks READY TO TAKE YOUR CAREER TO THE NEXT LEVEL?
