Pipe Doctor Plumbing is seeking a dedicated and skilled full-time Plumbing Tech to join our team in Tampa, Florida. Serving Tampa, South Tampa, Downtown Tampa, Westshore, Brandon, Riverview, Wesley Chapel, St. Pete, Clearwater, Palm Harbor, and surrounding areas, this full-time role offers a competitive compensation range of $100,000 – $150,000 per year, based on piece-rate pay and bonuses.

DO YOU MEET THESE QUALIFICATIONS?

• 2+ years of residential service plumbing experience (5+ years preferred)
• Experience with flat-rate or performance pay systems
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and present options
• Commitment to craftsmanship, professionalism, accountability, and efficiency
• Customer-obsessed, results-driven, team-oriented, efficient, and growth-minded approach

WHAT WILL YOU DO AS A PLUMBING TECH?

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, with shift options of 7 am- 4 pm, 8 am- 5 pm, or 9 am- 5 pm. No Night, No weekends, No on call. Plumbing Techs are dispatched directly from their home to job sites each day and are not required to report to a central location before beginning work.

You will receive your assignments and manage service calls. Your responsibilities will include providing professional plumbing solutions, presenting service options to customers, and ensuring each task is completed with precision and efficiency.
