Job Opportunity
Lead healthcare and higher education construction projects from preconstruction through successful closeout. Take ownership of project budgets, schedules, subcontractor coordination, and client communications. Work closely with internal and field teams to keep projects on track and deliver a high-quality finished product. Oversee project documentation, cost control, and risk management throughout the project lifecycle. Develop strong client relationships while supporting opportunities for continued business growth.
The successful applicant will have 5+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction. Experience managing healthcare, higher education, or other institutional construction projects is required. Proficiency with Bluebeam, Sage 300, Timberline, or similar construction software is necessary. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to confidently lead project teams are essential. A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is preferred.
Salary range: $110,000-$140,000 + bonus (flexibility for the right candidate).
