Overview
As part of our kitchen crew, the Dishwasher & Utility team member helps keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll ensure dishware, cookware, and workspaces are clean, safe, and organized- playing a crucial role in supporting the entire kitchen.
This is fast-paced, hands-on work that makes a big impact every day. You’ll join a hardworking, supportive team that values reliability, teamwork, and taking pride in a job well done.

Responsibilities
Dishwashing & Sanitation
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment using industrial dishwashing machines or manual methods.
- Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen and dishwashing areas, including floors, sinks, and counters.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards in all cleaning and sanitation tasks.
Maintenance & Support
Maintain cleanliness and organization across all kitchen, storage, and service areas, including routine trash removal and restroom cleaning, and report any maintenance issues to management.
Support kitchen operations by restocking clean items, organizing inventory and storage areas, and assisting with setup, prep, or breakdown as needed.
Help with general upkeep of interior and exterior spaces, ensuring all areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained, and that cleaning supplies are properly handled and stored.
Qualifications
- Reliable, hard-working, and able to handle physically demanding tasks (including lifting up to 50 lbs) in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude, flexible availability, and a willingness to support various kitchen and utility tasks as needed.
- Previous experience is a plus, but not required—on-the-job training is provided for candidates eager to learn and work independently.
