Job Description
STV currently has an opening for a Project Management Information Systems (PMIS) Specialist to work within Digital Advisory Services.
Responsibilities include:
- Responsible for configuration to meet clients' needs in:
- Autodesk Forma (Build & Cost Management)
- Oracle Unifier
- Procore
- Kahua
- Trimble Unity Construct powered by e-Builder
- Leading information-gathering sessions with clients, analyzing the information and prioritizing the requirements to gain understanding of the business needs and support their business plans.
- Prepare and deliver training programs to our clients and teams.
- Coordinate the review of designed solutions with key client stakeholders.
- Responsible for using internal controls and reporting accurate information.
- Day-to-day software operation support for internal and external business partners.
- Data extraction and data analysis as demanded for program and project management usage.
- Explore advanced data-oriented workflows and technologies to expand the service of project control technology service group.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields is required.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in the AEC Industry is required.
- Basic knowledge of project management and construction management workflows is required.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills are required.
- Experience in client-facing roles.
- Technology driven thinking and detail oriented.
- 1+ years of relevant PMIS software experience is a plus.
- Experience in BI tools is a plus.
- Experience in data analytics is a plus.

Compensation Range:
$75,656.68 - $86,464.77
