PNC/HR Assistant
Location: Roseville, MN
Company: Universal Truck Service, LLC
Job Type: Monday through Friday, Full-Time
Job Summary
The PNC / HR Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resources and PNC functions. This role assists with employee records, onboarding, and daily HR activities while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain and update personnel files.
- Support PNC-related documentation and data entry
- PNC- Company Newsletter, Company Apparel Vendors, Clothing store prep and rollout.
- Employee of the month program
- Company events
- Schedule interviews, meetings, and training sessions
- Assist with timekeeping, attendance tracking, and leave records
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and record management
- Any other duties assigned
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred
Strong organizational and time-management skills
High level of confidentiality and professionalism
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and or Google Docs.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Work Environment & Schedule
Office-based position Monday through Friday, no weekends.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of basic HR and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
