Job Description
Take enterprise ownership of the policies, standards, and clinical documentation that support consistent care across a multisite ambulatory organization.Position Highlights
- Build and lead the enterprise policy governance framework*
- Oversee policies, procedures, standing orders, scope of practice documents, clinical forms, consents, and documentation tools*
- Manage the enterprise policy library and document management system*
- Establish standards for document control, version management, approval workflows, publication, and archival*
- Partner with clinical, operational, compliance, legal, and executive stakeholders to develop and maintain governed documentation*
- Monitor regulatory changes, conduct governance audits, and support surveys and corrective action planning*
- Develop dashboards and reporting that improve policy review compliance and workflow performance*
- Hybrid work environment with travel up to 25 percent across Florida clinic locations
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing*
- Active unrestricted Florida Registered Nurse license*
- Five or more years of clinical nursing experience*
- Three or more years of healthcare policy development, document control, regulatory compliance, accreditation, quality, clinical operations, nursing leadership, or related experience*
- Strong technical writing, project management, and stakeholder facilitation skills
