What You’ll Do

Monitor pool activity to ensure resident and guest safety
Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies
Administer CPR/First Aid when needed
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming pool area
Enforce community pool rules and company policies
Provide excellent customer service to residents and guests
Complete daily logs and basic reports

What We’re Looking For

Must be at least 16 years old
Current Lifeguard Certification+ CPR Certification required
Strong attention to detail and ability to stay alert
Calm, confident decision-making in emergency situations
Friendly, professional communication skills
Ability to work outdoors in summer weather conditions
Able to walk the property, climb stairs/ladders, and lift up to 25lbs
