BASIC PURPOSE

Support the Pool Manager in overseeing daily pool operations by guiding and organizing the Pool Service team while maintaining a strong presence on the floor. Ensure exceptional guest service through direct engagement, accurate food & beverage delivery, and adherence to Four Seasons standards. Responsible for daily closing paperwork, house charges, voids, and operational follow-through.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

1.Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen and bar to guests, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to Four Seasons food & beverage preparation and service standards across all pool areas.

2.Serve and describe menu items to guests knowledgeably, including content, preparation methods, and special features.

3.Assist in clearing, cleaning, and setting up trays, tables, chairs, linens, china, glass, and silver, maintaining an unobtrusive and polished service environment.

4.Anticipate guest needs, monitor satisfaction, and respond promptly and appropriately to guest concerns, requests, and service opportunities.

5.Oversee stocking and organization of linens, trays, china, glass, silver, and food service items. Support preparation and restocking of bread, beverages, condiments, and related supplies throughout the shift.

6.Assist in the breakdown, cleaning, and reset of beverage and food stations at the end of service.

7.Support the Pool Manager in coordinating daily staffing, assigning stations, organizing task flow, and ensuring team members uphold Four Seasons standards.

8.Complete required closing duties, including daily paperwork, house charges, voids, and other operational documentation as assigned.

9.Uphold proper payroll, timecard, and uniform procedures per Four Seasons guidelines.

10.Comply with Four Seasons' Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.

11.Foster a positive and collaborative working environment; lead by example with professionalism and teamwork.

12.Provide guests with amenities such as water, spritzing, towels, and assistance with seating, umbrellas, and facility orientation at the Pool & Beach.

13.Perform standards tests in conjunction with Four Seasons training standards

14.Handle all guest interactions in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner to achieve the highest level of guest satisfaction.

15.Ensure compliance with all Four Seasons policies, procedures, and operational standards.

16.Perform any additional tasks or projects assigned by management.
