- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns.
- Document service visits and maintain accurate records of work performed.
- Educate customers on proper pool care and maintenance practices.
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed to complete service tasks.
- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service efficiency and quality.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred.
- Experience in pool maintenance or repair is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of pool chemistry and equipment operation.
