Position for ROY Health Agents
Remote | Commission-Based | Licensed Health Insurance Agents
We are seeking motivated and experienced Health Insurance Agents to join our team as ROY Health Agentsspecializing in Ancillary Health Products.
This position is ideal for agents who want to maximize their income by offering supplemental coverage that protects clients from out-of-pocket medical expenses while working in a flexible remote environment.
Position Overview
ROY Health Agents focus on helping individuals and families strengthen their health coverage through Ancillary Insurance products, including:
Hospital Indemnity
Cancer Plans
Critical Illness Coverage
Accident Plans
Dental & Vision
Short-Term Care
Home Health Care coverage
These products are designed to fill the financial gaps left by traditional health insurance plans.
Responsibilities
Educate clients on the financial gaps in their current health coverage
Present ancillary insurance solutions tailored to client needs
Conduct phone consultations and virtual enrollments
Maintain compliance with carrier and CMS regulations
Accurately document enrollments and client interactions
Follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships
Compensation
Commission-based compensation
High commission potential on ancillary products
Performance-based incentives available
Residual opportunities depending on carrier/product

Requirements
Active Health Insurance License (Required)
Medicare experience is a plus but not required
Strong phone communication skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work remotely
Familiarity with telesales or virtual enrollments
Ability to follow compliance and documentation standards
