This contract role provides an annual range of $150,000 to $200,000, giving you the chance to step into a high-impact position right from the start.In addition, you'll have access to a comprehensive benefits package including medical and dental coverage, paid time off, a 401(k), and more, helping you feel supported as you grow with us in this new location.WHAT WE NEED FROM A POST-ACUTE AND LONG-TERM CARE APP1+ years of experience in post-acute/SNF/LTCBoard-certified geriatric, family, or adult Nurse Practitioner (ANCC, ACHPN, or AANP)Post-acute, long-term, and/or skilled nursing facility experienceWHAT YOUR DAY ENTAILSNo two days are the same, especially as we establish a new footprint in the area, but here's what you can expect:Providing high-quality care for patients managing chronic and acute conditions

Working alongside an attending physician to guide treatment decisions

Partnering with the Directors of Nursing, administrators, and care teams to coordinate patient care
