Post-Acute Care Physician - Worcester, MA A national healthcare organization is seeking a Physician to join their Post-Acute Care team in Worcester, MA. This full-time position offers productivity-based compensation with uncapped earning potential.Perks and Benefits: Salary Range: $252,000 to $302,000 annually Fee-for-service model with uncapped productivity bonuses Full benefits package (health, dental, vision) Paid professional liability insurance with tail coverage CME allowance and leadership opportunities EMR training and supportPractice Highlights/Qualifications: Day call M-F, Day call weekend rotation Post-acute care setting (SNF/rehabilitation) Collaborative team environment Back-office and administrative support MD/DO required Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics MA license or ability to obtain Post-acute care experience preferred but not required New England's second-largest city offers Boston-quality healthcare culture at half the housing cost.
