StaffMed Health Partners is recruiting a Post-Acute Care Facility Medical Director for a leading national physician services organization in a SNF setting in Hilton Head, SC.Perks and Benefits:

- Dedicated administrative, billing, credentialing, and scheduling support*

- Serve as dedicated Facility Medical Director per CMS F-Tag 841 for one or more SNF sites*
- Provide on-the-ground clinical leadership: physician coverage assurance, on-call backup, escalation pathway*
- Round on a focused attending panel (typically 30-50 patients) alongside leadership duties*
- Lead QAPI, infection prevention, antibiotic stewardship, and survey readiness for the facility*
- Mentor and supervise on-site APPs and rotating attendings*
- Partner directly with the Director of Nursing and Administrator on clinical operations
- BC in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics*
- Prior SNF / post-acute experience strongly preferred*
- CMD credential preferred or willingness to obtain*
- Comfort with regulatory compliance, MDS, PDPM, and survey response*
- Active state license (or eligible) and DEA where applicable
