Post-Acute Care Physician

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Medical Directorship: Take on a leadership role as a facility medical director, guiding the quality of care and offering mentorship to care teams. Your oversight will ensure continuous improvement and regulatory compliance.
- Attending Physician Duties: Provide primary care and oversee medical treatment for residents at assisted living, nursing, and rehabilitation facilities. Your clinical acumen will be central to their ongoing well-being.
- High-Quality, Evidence-Based Practice: Deliver patient-centered care rooted in best practices, always striving for optimal health outcomes and patient satisfaction.
- Team Support: Collaborate and provide clinical support to nurse practitioners, typically one per facility, empowering them with guidance and sharing medical expertise.
- Medical Oversight: Maintain responsibility for primary care services, ensuring that all patients receive comprehensive, coordinated medical attention.
