Here are the minimum qualifications: Board certification (or eligibility) in internal medicine, critical care, family practice, or geriatrics Leadership experience - highly desired You'll play a pivotal part in patients' health and happiness as you lead a team of multi-specialists and nurse practitioners in providing attentive, accurate, and hospital-level care.
