Post Closer

We are a Strong Title Servicing firm in Langhorne, PA looking for a Post Closing Specialist.

This role offers strong upward mobility, 4 weeks PTO, a 401K Match, and room for growth!

The Post Closing Specialist is the last person to ensure that the Closing Package is accurate and in the correct order before it is shipped off to the lender.

(We also have Recording, Closing Specialist, and Scheduling roles open too!)

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

• Ensure company receives fully executed files in a timely fashion from closing agents

• Facilitates review, correction if needed, and delivery of completed packages to lender

• Works to obtain signature on missing or additional documents from lender, borrower, closing agent

• Remedy post-closing issues or missing items through contact with closing agents and consumers

• Monitoring and responding to questions/information at post closing email addresses.

• Understand and comply with regulatory requirement for funding, recording and policies.

• Timely and accurate sending of recordings to proper counties for recording

• Monitor incoming recording and enter into Resware as completed task

• Completes Owner’s and Loan Policies

• Works on scanning, projects, uploading images as needed

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• 3-5 years of experience in mortgage funding/closing environment required

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent customer service skills

• Computer skills in a windows environment - excel

• Strong proof-reading skills

• Ability to work in a deadline driven, fast paced, high producing environment
