Job Description

This position is in a high energy, top producing office. The Post Closer is responsible for the specific duties listed below.Your specific duties will include:

Review lender closing documents for accuracy, including title, vesting, and required signatures.
Prepare final closing packages, disbursement checks, and related closing documentation.
Review and balance closing ledgers, wire instructions, and payoff details for accuracy.
Submit signed closing documents to lenders for funding approval.
Coordinate with attorneys, agents, settlement officers, and lenders to satisfy closing requirements.
Disburse funds and distribute executed documents in a timely manner.
Facilitate recording of post-closing documents, including Deeds, Mortgages, Assignments, and UCC filings.
Maintain escrow accounts and resolve post-closing issues or discrepancies as needed.

Specific qualifications for the position include:

2+ years of title post-closing or processing experience
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Knowledge of title, escrow, and real estate closing procedures.

Pay Rate Range: $50,000-65,000 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
