Join us in shaping the future of title transactions and making a real difference in the lives of our clients.Job Description: As a Full-Time Warehousing Associate, you’ll play a crucial role in post-closing operations by ensuring the accurate handling, organization, and storage of title documents. This is a full-time, in-office position (Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM). Here's what you'll be doing:
- Review executed closing packages for accuracy and organize them according to company and client specifications.
- Ensure all documents are properly scanned, named, and stored in our document management system.
- Handle sensitive information securely and follow all retention policies and regulations.
- File, retrieve, and assist in archiving or disposing of documents as needed.
- Work with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth post-closing operations.
- Previous experience in the title industry is a must! 1 year of experience preferred.
- Strong computer skills and a knack for picking up new technologies quickly.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail.
- A collaborative spirit and a passion for working as part of a team to achieve common goals.
- ResWare experience is preferred.
