Job Description

We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have a Post Closing Specialist opportunity with a trusted leader in the title and escrow industry, known for its stability, innovative solutions, and commitment to exceptional customer service. The Post Closing Specialist will be responsible for below specific duties.Your specific duties will include:

Providing escrow services for residential and commercial resale, new construction, refinance, relocation, and timeshare transactions.
Supporting real estate transactions by performing administrative and support duties related to escrow processes.
Assisting as part of a production center, branch office, or title team to ensure smooth transaction completion.

Required qualifications for the position include:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Computer literacy with the ability to learn and navigate systems of record.
Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Preferred qualifications for the position include:

Previous experience in escrow, title, or real estate transaction support.

Pay Rate Range:$16.78 - $20.27 per hour Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
