Job Description

Summertown Metals of Hopkinsville is looking for a self-motivated individual for our Post Frame Coordinator position. This person must possess a strong knowledge of construction. This is a full-time position that will be eligible for benefits.

Job duties include, but are not limited to

· Keep projects scheduled with appropriate contractor and working with contractors’ schedule to ensure the projects are getting done in an efficient time frame.

· Keep updated builder records to utilize for efficiency

· Assign projects in the team up app to the appropriate contractor

· Work with shipping dispatcher/manufacturing to ensure build date is feasible for material to be manufactured and here.

· Email initial premade letter to customer and confirm 2^nd and 3^rd follow up emails have been sent

· Keep updated excel list sorted alphabetical order of current contractors and contractors we can use occasionally. Including type for building they can do and contact info

· Keep sales team updated with estimated lead times for projects weekly

· Inform chief project coordinator of reoccurring issues or problematic jobs that may need to be addressed, or if lead times are getting to far out

· Ensure onboarding info is filled out for new builder and turned into accounting.

· Weekly reports of buildings completed
