Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

  • Testing and Maintenance: Automotive Systems Validation Engineer(post silicon) with hardware and software validation tasks including test execution, data collection, and data reporting to the cross-functional team
  • Hardware Debug: Work with lab equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, thermal probes, digital power supplies) to debug boards and other silicon evaluation board interfaces
  • Software Support: Initially run basic Python scripts for data parsing, logging, and automated test control. Eventually, develop our own automation systems to work on top of existing ones
  • Software Pipeline: Familiarity with Jenkins for CI/CD development and scaling
  • Data Analysis: Process and visualize test data using M365, Pyplot, or MATLAB to identify anomalies and summarize results
  • Documentation: Record test procedures, observations, and results in engineering trackers and contribute to test reports with engineering-level detail
  • Standards Training: Learn and apply production-level engineering standards, safety practices, and validation workflows
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with cross functional teams to reproduce issues, escalate findings, and implement corrective actions
  • Expertise: Familiarity with IEEE standards (802.3 dm/ch), basic serial communication protocols (SCPs) such as MDIO/SPI/I2C

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering
  • Programming: Intermediate/Advanced Python familiarity
  • Instrumentation: Basic hands-on experience with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, thermal probes, TDR, network analyzer, spectrum analyzer, logic analyzer, etc.)
  • Data Tools: Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Pyplotor, MATLAB and Microsoft 365 for reporting
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, attention to detail, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team environment

Minimum of $91,600.00 Salary per year/ Maximum of $125,950.00 Salary per year

In addition, all employees will be eligible to participate in an incentive plan.
