Title: Post-Trade Business AnalystLocation: New York, NY or Greenwich, CTEmployment Type: ContractCompensation: Pay Range:$100.00-$130.00 Per HrDescription: We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Post-Trade Business Analyst. This role is based in New York, NY or Greenwich, CT, and requires onsite presence. The position is a contract opportunity where you will manage technology environments supporting post-trade processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Your expertise in analyzing workflows, defining requirements, and supporting technology migrations will be essential.Key Responsibilities Manage workstreams within project programs, ensuring all business analysis deliverables are met. Analyze current workflows and define future requirements for technology integration. Document requirements, track dependencies, and produce acceptance criteria. Define and oversee migration, reconciliation, testing, and transition requirements. Coordinate team resources and provide regular updates on status, risks, and dependencies.Qualifications Proven experience in business analysis for technology or financial services transformation initiatives. Strong understanding of post-trade processes, including trade capture, booking, and reconciliation. Experience in conducting current-state analysis and developing future-state designs. Experience with data mapping, interface analysis, and technology integrations.
