Job Description
- AWS RDS hands-on experience.
- Capacity planning, performance assessment of AWS RDS.
- Strong Postgres/SQL Server DB administration experience in production environments.
- Configuration and support of complex RDS Databases in AWS environment, Configuring and managing high availability, resiliency solutions leveraging Aurora.
- Read replicas & Global Database.
- Experience in managing multiple RDS, database versions on large systems.
- Practical experience in monitoring.
- Knowledge of reporting and query tools and practices.
- Sitting for extended periods of time.
- Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard and mouse.
- Physically able to participate and lead training sessions, presentations and/or meetings.
- Reasoning and analyzing complex information.
- Regularly required to talk and hear.
- Overtime may be required to meet deadlines.
