Job Description

- Day Shift (Initial): Monday Thursday, 7: 00 AM 5: 30 PM
- Transitioning to 2nd Shift (with shift differential)
- Prepare parts for coating (cleaning, masking, sanding, racking)
- Apply powder coating using manual and/or automated spray systems
- Monitor coating thickness, coverage, and overall finish quality
- Perform color changes and maintain powder inventory
- Operate curing ovens and ensure proper cure times and temperatures
- Inspect finished parts and perform touch-ups as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and equipment
- Follow all safety procedures, including proper PPE usage
- Previous powder coating or industrial painting experience preferred
- Knowledge of surface preparation and coating techniques
- Ability to read and interpret work orders and production documents
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Ability to lift and move parts up to 60 pounds
