Powder Coat Paint Lead–1^st shiftMonday – Thursday | 6:00A-4:30P | 4-Day Work WeekStandard Iron has been a leader in contract manufacturing for over 90 years, and we continue to grow by hiring talented individuals who share our Core Values of Safety, Respect, Pride in Work, and Continuous Improvement.We are currently seeking dependable Production Welders to support our manufacturing operations. In this role, you will perform high-quality welding on metal components while meeting production standards and customer specifications. Your skill and attention to detail will help maintain efficient workflow, ensure product quality, and support on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support powder coating teams.
Assign tasks, train employees, and monitor performance.
Inspect powder-coated finishes for quality.
Maintain production schedules and troubleshoot issues.
Enforce safety procedures and equipment upkeep.

Qualifications

3+ years of powder coating experience (leadership preferred).
Knowledge of powder coating processes.
Ability to read blueprints and work orders.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
