Job Description

Powder Coat Painter | $18-20/hr

We are hiring Powder Coat Painters for local manufacturing companies around the Cherokee and Storm Lake areas! This candidate is responsible for ensuring that all parts are painted (sprayed) to a consistently high quality. Team work and a strong desire for excellence is a must! This is an opportunity to work with a long-term, reputable manufacturing company in the area. Apply now while openings are available!

Responsibilities:

Select appropriate powder according to product specifications
Operate hand-held spray guns to powder coat stationary items or items on a racking system.
Clean and maintain coating, ventilation, compressed air and personal protective equipment.
Load and unload product and parts, distribute them to the appropriate locations.

Requirements:

Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.
Commitment to quality and safety
Ability to lift 50lbs and up to 100lbs as a team throughout the shift
