Powder Coater Advance Services Inc is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Powder Coater for a reputable manufacturing facility in Hastings, NE. The Powder Coater will be responsible for preparing and applying powder coatings to metal surfaces and components, ensuring a high-quality and durable finish.Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare parts and surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and masking
- Apply powder coating using spray equipment in a paint booth
- Load and unload items from curing ovens
- Inspect completed work for quality, thickness, and uniform coverage
- Follow all safety procedures and wear proper protective equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Perform minor equipment maintenance and notify of needed repairs
- Meet daily production and quality standards in collaboration with team membersShift: 7:00 AM 3:30 PM (MondayFriday, 30 minute unpaid lunch)Wage: $17.00 per hour
- Powder coating or painting experience preferred, but not required
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Capable of working in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures
- Team player with strong work ethic and dependable attendance
