• Monday-Friday | 5:00 a.m.-1:45 p.m.
• Monday-Friday | 12:00 p.m.-8:45 p.m.
• Monday-Thursday | 7:00 p.m.-5:45 a.m.

What You'll DoAs a Powder Coater, you will apply powder coatings correctly and consistently while making sure each job meets its specific requirements.

• Review work tickets, confirm parts are properly prepared, and verify the correct powder and coating requirements before starting
• Set up and operate manual powder coating equipment, adjusting grounding, gun settings, powder flow, and application technique as needed
• Apply consistent coverage to parts of different sizes and shapes, inspect your work before cure, and correct application issues when needed
• Follow cure requirements, keep powder booths and equipment clean, and communicate job status or quality concerns between shifts

What to ExpectThis is an active, hands-on position in a powder coating facility. You will work around powder booths, moving racks, compressed air, and hot ovens and parts. Required PPE is used while coating, including respiratory and eye protection.Dependability is a must. Regular attendance, arriving on time, and being ready to work at the beginning of your scheduled shift are essential to this position.You should also be comfortable:

• Following written and verbal instructions, paying close attention to detail, and speaking up when something does not look right
• Working on your feet for an 8- or 10-hour shift while regularly bending, reaching, and stooping
• Lifting 50+ lbs. and helping move racks or parts as needed
• Working at a steady pace while maintaining quality and safety
