- Lead and supervise pressure washing crews
- Operate pressure washing and soft washing equipment safely and efficiently
- Train team members
- Ensure jobs are completed on time and meet company quality standards
- Communicate professionally with customers and management
- Maintain equipment, vehicles, and job sites
- Follow all company safety procedures
- Available Monday through Friday
- Previous pressure washing and/or soft washing experience required
- Leadership or crew management experience required
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Comfortable working at heights when required
- Ability to lift and carry 50–75 pounds regularly
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb ladders, and perform physical labor throughout the day
- Experience operating boom lifts and scissor lifts is a plus
