How you'll make an impact

  • Rotate through key functions like Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Services

  • Lead action learning projects that drive real business outcomes

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales to understand customer needs

  • Support proposal development and strategic planning

  • Learn the ins and outs of inventory and operations management

  • Immerse yourself in sustainability and operational excellence initiatives

  • Build leadership skills that amplify your impact across teams

  • Contribute to a culture of innovation, safety, and continuous improvement

Your background

  • Senior undergraduate in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering

  • Anticipated graduation by December 2025

  • Minimum GPA of 3.0

  • Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project planning

  • Self-driven with a passion for leadership and operational excellence

  • Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States
