Job Description
Jones Powersports is looking for a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Service Advisor / Writer to join our fast-paced Powersports Service Department. If you enjoy working with customers and have a passion for motorcycles, ATVs, and UTVs, this is your opportunity to build a career in the powersports industry.
What You'll Be Doing
- Greet customers and accurately assess service needs
- Write repair orders and detailed service estimates
- Schedule appointments and manage service workflow
- Communicate clearly with customers on repairs, timelines, and costs
- Recommend maintenance and additional services
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient repairs
- Deliver a high-quality customer experience every time
What We're Looking For
- Service advisor/writer experience (powersports or automotive preferred)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Proficient in computer systems and dealer management software, with experience using Lightspeed a plus
- Passion for powersports is a big plus
- Valid driver's license
