Job Description:As the first dedicated PR and Communications Manager, you will lead Injective’s media strategy, bridging the gap between crypto-native innovation and mainstream financial media. You will shape narratives around tokenization and DeFi, securing high-impact coverage across global publications to grow brand authority for one of the industry's fastest-growing institutional blockchain ecosystems.

What you will do:

• Create and execute end-to-end media strategies and press materials to amplify Injective’s narrative across crypto, tech, and finance sectors.

• Build and maintain direct relationships with key journalists, influencers, and podcasters to proactively secure consistent, high-quality press placements.

• Partner cross-functionally with SEO, content, and leadership teams to prepare briefing materials and maximize the digital impact of earned media.

The ideal candidate:

• 4–10 years of PR experience, ideally from an agency background, with a proven track record of personally securing top-tier media placements.

• At least 1 year of direct experience in the crypto or Web3 space with an established network of industry-specific journalist contacts.

• Exceptional storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex DeFi and blockchain infrastructure topics into clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
