Job Description:

Resumen del Puesto

El Practicante de Calidad apoyará al equipo de Calidad en la implementación y monitoreo de los sistemas de gestión de calidad, asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares y procesos de CROWN Envases México, S.A. de C.V.

Responsabilidades

Colaborar en la recolección y análisis de datos de calidad para identificar tendencias y áreas de mejora.
Apoyar en la revisión y actualización de documentos de calidad, como procedimientos, instructivos y especificaciones.
Participar en las inspecciones de productos y procesos, verificando la conformidad con los estándares establecidos.
Asistir en la investigación de no conformidades y en la implementación de acciones correctivas y preventivas.
Contribuir en la preparación de informes de calidad y presentaciones para el equipo.
Brindar soporte en las auditorías internas y externas del sistema de gestión de calidad.
Mantener la organización de los registros de calidad y la documentación relevante.

Calificaciones

Estudiante activo de las carreras de Ingeniería Industrial, Química, Alimentos o afín (últimos semestres).
Interés genuino en el área de calidad y mejora continua.
Conocimiento básico de herramientas de calidad (ej. 5S, Ishikawa, Pareto) es un plus.
Dominio intermedio de Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Capacidad de análisis y atención al detalle.
Proactivo, con iniciativa y capacidad para trabajar en equipo.
Disponibilidad para cumplir con un horario de prácticas (a convenir).
