Hourly Pay Range:
$42.54 - $65.94 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.Position Highlights:
- Position: Practice Manager III
- Location: Glenview
- Full Time/Part Time: Full Time
- Hours: Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM
- Required Travel: Travel to other sites based upon department need
A Brief Overview:The Practice Manager II is a senior-level position responsible for overseeing the efficient operation and management of medical practices. This role involves strategic planning, financial administration, staff leadership, and ensuring the highest standards of patient care and satisfaction.
What you will need:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred. Master’s degree in business or a healthcare related discipline preferred
- Certification: n/a
- Experience: Minimum of three years of healthcare management experience
- Managed in a physician lead office (physician management)
- Financial management, operations management, and Electronic Medical Record experience preferred
- Unique or Preferred Skills: Demonstrated ability to build alliances, drive results and manage change
